Director of Design and User Experience 

  • He or She is responsible for elevating our brand presentation and user engagement with audiences across marketing channels (eg. email, web, search, social, product and mobile).
  • This person is an advocate for the end user, translating business and brand objectives into meaningful experiences and interactions.
  • This position will help fulfill our vision to create a smart, compelling, integrated brand experience across all digital touch points that offers us a competitive advantage and drives demand for our solutions.
  • The role will establish the vision as well as develop and execute both near-term and long-term strategic initiatives, objectives and plans for online design and user experience. This includes developing an effective use flow and engagement plan, digital visual system (eg. imagery, icons, video, diagrams and animation), online information architecture with global footprint, and sustainable structure for consistent UX delivery.
  • This person will be responsible for implementing a best practice program that includes research upfront and establishment of measurable KPIs to follow, incorporating newer user expectations around brand access, engagement, personalization, and media rich environments.
  • The role includes building strategic relationships, alliances and vendor networks to support digital technologies, tools and services, from procurement, negotiation and execution on licensing, subscriptions, to offshore development and other contractual dealings.
